These membranes stretch over time and pull away from the termination bars and cause havoc. Rvs are notorious for leaking in the corners of the roof where two termination bars meet.

So what's the solution? If the leak is caught early with no soft spots on the roof plywood decking, then a resealing and coating of silicone will do the permanent trick!
